Ingredients

  • 0.25 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 3 large Egg
  • 300 g Broccoli, raw
  • 300 g Mangos, raw
  • 45 g Red Onion
  • 75 g Red
  • 8 piece (30g), longanisa

Instructions

  1. Begin by hard boiling the eggs: place them in a pot of cold water, bring to a boil, then cover and remove from heat. Let them sit for 9 minutes, then transfer to cold water to cool.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, wash the broccoli and mango. Cut the broccoli into bite-sized florets and dice the mango into cubes.
  3. Thinly slice the red onion.
  4. Once the eggs are cool, peel and chop them into pieces.
  5. In a large salad bowl, combine the broccoli florets, diced mango, sliced red onion, chopped eggs, and longanisa (cut into bite-sized pieces if not already).
  6. Season the salad with salt and pepper, then toss gently to ensure all ingredients are evenly mixed and coated.
