- 50 g Capsicum Green
- 70 g White Onion Raw
Instructions
- Rinse the eggplant, onion, and capsicum under cold water.
- Bring a pot of water to boil. Meanwhile, cut the eggplant into halves.
- Boil the eggplant halves for 8-10 minutes until tender.
- While the eggplant is boiling, thinly slice the white onion and capsicum.
- Once the eggplant is cooked and cooled, gently peel and cut it into strips.
- In a bowl, combine the eggplant strips with the sliced onion and capsicum. Season with 0.25 teaspoon of salt, and mix well.
