Healthyfied Bellpepper Quinoa

Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Quinoa
  • 49 g Red

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Quinoa under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the Quinoa according to package instructions until fluffy and fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
  3. While the Quinoa is cooking, finely dice the Red Bell Pepper.
  4. In a separate pan, lightly sauté the diced Red Bell Pepper for about 5 minutes until slightly soft.
  5. Combine the cooked Quinoa and sautéed Red Bell Pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
