Instructions
- Rinse the Quinoa under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Quinoa according to package instructions until fluffy and fully cooked, about 15 minutes.
- While the Quinoa is cooking, finely dice the Red Bell Pepper.
- In a separate pan, lightly sauté the diced Red Bell Pepper for about 5 minutes until slightly soft.
- Combine the cooked Quinoa and sautéed Red Bell Pepper in a bowl. Mix well.
