- 40 g Red Onion
- 50 g Red
Instructions
- Thinly slice the red onion and mince the garlic.
- In a bowl, mix the beef brisket yakiniku with salt, ground pepper, and sesame oil.
- Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
- Cook the beef brisket yakiniku for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. (cooking time: PT10M)
