  • 310 g Beef Brisket Yakiniku
  • 40 g Red Onion
  • 50 g Red

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the red onion and mince the garlic.
  2. In a bowl, mix the beef brisket yakiniku with salt, ground pepper, and sesame oil.
  3. Preheat a grill pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the beef brisket yakiniku for about 3-5 minutes on each side or until desired doneness. (cooking time: PT10M)
  5. Remove the beef from the grill pan and let it rest.
  6. In the same pan, add the sliced red onion and cook until soft and golden. (cooking time: PT5M)
