Instructions
- Prepare your ingredients: dice the bell pepper, capsicum, and pickle chips; measure out the passata, black pepper, and salt.
- Cut the beef brisket into small, bite-sized pieces.
- In a large pot, combine the beef brisket with salt and black pepper. Cook over medium heat until the beef is browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add the diced bell pepper, capsicum, pickle chips, and passata to the pot. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the pot and let the caldereta simmer on low heat until the beef is tender, about 45 minutes.
- Adjust the seasoning with more salt and black pepper, if necessary, before serving.
