Healthyfied Beef Caldereta

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp(s) Salt
  • 102 g Bellpepper Red
  • 133 g Passata
  • 168 g Beef Brisket-raw
  • 2 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
  • 30 g Pickle Chips
  • 53 g Capsicum - Green

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients: dice the bell pepper, capsicum, and pickle chips; measure out the passata, black pepper, and salt.
  2. Cut the beef brisket into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. In a large pot, combine the beef brisket with salt and black pepper. Cook over medium heat until the beef is browned, about 10 minutes.
  4. Add the diced bell pepper, capsicum, pickle chips, and passata to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  5. Cover the pot and let the caldereta simmer on low heat until the beef is tender, about 45 minutes.
  6. Adjust the seasoning with more salt and black pepper, if necessary, before serving.
