Healthyfied Beef Bellpepper Bolognaise

Ingredients

  • 0.06 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.50 cup (8 fl oz), Water
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Basil, fresh
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Marjoram
  • 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
  • 1 tsp White Pepper
  • 100 g Bolognese
  • 130 g Bellpepper Red
  • 250 g (4 oz), Beef

Instructions

  1. Rinse the bell pepper under cold water, then dice it into small pieces.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the diced bell pepper to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes until slightly softened.
  4. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the beef to the skillet. Cook for about 10 minutes, breaking it apart with a spatula until browned.
  5. Season the beef and bell pepper mixture with salt, white pepper, thyme, basil, marjoram, and black pepper. Stir well to combine.
  6. Pour in the water and add the bolognese sauce to the skillet. Stir to combine and bring to a simmer. Reduce heat to low and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as needed. Serve hot.
