Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Amino
- 150 g Raw Sitaw
- 20 g Red Onion
Instructions
- Rinse the Raw Sitaw under cold water and trim the ends.
- Dice the Red Onion.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced Red Onion until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
- Add the Raw Sitaw to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until it starts to soften, about 8 minutes.
- Pour in the Coconut Amino, stir well to combine, and continue to cook for another 7 minutes or until the Sitaw is fully cooked but still retains some crunch.
- Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy your healthy and flavorful Adobong Sitaw!
