Healthyfied Adobong Sitaw

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Amino
  • 150 g Raw Sitaw
  • 20 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Raw Sitaw under cold water and trim the ends.
  2. Dice the Red Onion.
  3. In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced Red Onion until soft and translucent, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the Raw Sitaw to the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until it starts to soften, about 8 minutes.
  5. Pour in the Coconut Amino, stir well to combine, and continue to cook for another 7 minutes or until the Sitaw is fully cooked but still retains some crunch.
  6. Remove from heat and serve immediately. Enjoy your healthy and flavorful Adobong Sitaw!
