Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup chopped, White onion
  • 1 cup Kimchi
  • 1 cup Red,Sweet
  • 1 inch Ginger - Thumb
  • 1 l Noodles
  • 1 tbsp Spices, curry powder
  • 100 g Beef Tenderloin KS
  • 360 ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  • 400 g HH
  • 6 clove , Garlic

Instructions

  1. Mince the garlic and ginger, and chop the white onion.
  2. Cut the beef tenderloin into thin strips.
  3. In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and chopped onion, sautéing until they are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
  4. Add the curry powder to the pot and stir well to combine with the sautéed ingredients, cook for 1 minute.
  5. Increase the heat to medium-high and add the beef tenderloin strips. Cook until they are just browned, about 3-5 minutes.
  6. Pour in the unsweetened coconut milk and add the red, sweet bell pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to maintain the simmer for about 15 minutes.
  7. Add the kimchi to the pot and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
  8. In a separate pot, cook the noodles according to package instructions until tender, then drain.
  9. Serve the curry soup over the cooked noodles.
