Ingredients
- 0.50 cup chopped, White onion
- 1 cup Kimchi
- 1 cup Red,Sweet
- 1 inch Ginger - Thumb
- 1 l Noodles
- 1 tbsp Spices, curry powder
- 100 g Beef Tenderloin KS
- 360 ml Unsweetened Coconut Milk
- 400 g HH
- 6 clove , Garlic
Instructions
- Mince the garlic and ginger, and chop the white onion.
- Cut the beef tenderloin into thin strips.
- In a large pot, heat a tablespoon of oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic, ginger, and chopped onion, sautéing until they are soft and fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add the curry powder to the pot and stir well to combine with the sautéed ingredients, cook for 1 minute.
- Increase the heat to medium-high and add the beef tenderloin strips. Cook until they are just browned, about 3-5 minutes.
- Pour in the unsweetened coconut milk and add the red, sweet bell pepper. Bring the mixture to a simmer, then reduce the heat to maintain the simmer for about 15 minutes.
- Add the kimchi to the pot and continue to simmer for another 10 minutes.
- In a separate pot, cook the noodles according to package instructions until tender, then drain.
- Serve the curry soup over the cooked noodles.
