- 1 cup shredded, Lettuce, green leaf, raw
- 1 medium apple, Apples
- 1 g Bananas, raw
- 1 tsp Cinnamon Powder
- 150 g Melons, cantaloupe, raw
- 150 g Water Melon (S)
- 150 g ***honey Dew Melon***
Instructions
- Prepare your fruits: Core and dice the apple, cube the watermelon, slice the banana, cube the cantaloupe, and cube the honeydew melon.
- In a large bowl, combine the diced apple, cubed watermelon, sliced banana, cubed cantaloupe, and cubed honeydew melon.
- Wash and shred the green leaf lettuce, then add it to the bowl with the fruits.
- Sprinkle the cinnamon powder over the fruits and lettuce, and gently toss the salad to ensure an even coating of cinnamon.
