Hawaiian Seafood Red Salad

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Steamed Broccoli
  • 0.50 cup chopped, Cabbage, red, raw
  • 0.50 medium carrot (61g), Medium
  • 0.75 medium apple, Apples
  • 115 g Pineapple Tidbits (115g)
  • 184 g Tuna Chunks In Water
  • 3 sticks (86 g), Ichiban Alaskan Crab Flavored

Instructions

  1. Chop the red cabbage, apple, and carrot into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Drain the pineapple tidbits and tuna chunks from their water.
  3. Shred the Ichiban Alaskan crab flavored sticks into small, thin pieces.
  4. Steam the broccoli until it is tender and chop it into small pieces.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped cabbage, pineapple tidbits, shredded crab sticks, diced apple, steamed broccoli, tuna chunks, and diced carrot.
  6. Toss the ingredients thoroughly to ensure they are well combined.
