Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Miso Glazed Sweet Potatoes (49739.1)
  • 1 tablespoon Seaweed, wakame, raw
  • 1 tbsp (9 g), Black Sesame Seeds
  • 15 g Cucumber - With peel, raw
  • 15 g Lettuce, green leaf, raw
  • 30 g Carrots, raw
  • 40 g Lemon Butter Shrimp

Instructions

  1. Rinse the lettuce, carrots, and cucumber under cold water. Pat them dry with a paper towel.
  2. Prepare the miso glazed sweet potatoes as per the instructions or until they are tender. Set them aside.
  3. Hydrate the raw wakame seaweed in water for about 15 minutes, then drain and set aside.
  4. Cook the lemon butter shrimp in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until they are pink and cooked through.
  5. Assemble the bowl by placing the green leaf lettuce at the bottom. Add the cooked sweet potatoes, raw carrots, cucumber, hydrated wakame, and cooked shrimp.
  6. Sprinkle the black sesame seeds over the top of the bowl.
