- 0.06 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Red,Sweet
- 1 large White onion
- 1 tbsp Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp ground, Black pepper
- 12 clove , Garlic
- 300 g Green beans
- 500 g Pork, fresh, ground, cooked
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Dice the red, sweet onion, mince the garlic cloves, and cut the green beans into bite-sized pieces.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground pork for about 10 minutes or until browned. Drain excess fat and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add a tablespoon of oil if needed, and sauté the diced onion and minced garlic until they're soft and fragrant, about 3 minutes.
- Add the cut green beans to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until they are tender yet crisp.
- Return the cooked ground pork to the skillet. Stir in the oyster sauce, salt, and ground black pepper, cooking for an additional 5 minutes to let the flavors meld.
