Ground Beef with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Milk - Whole, 3.25% milkfat
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Black pepper
  • 1 l yields, Lemon juice, raw
  • 160 g Cherry Tomato - Garden
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Creme Cheese Spread
  • 600 g Ground Beef
  • 800 g Cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Rinse the Cherry Tomatoes under cold water and cut them in halves.
  3. Cut the Cauliflower into small florets.
  4. In a large skillet, melt the Butter over medium heat.
  5. Add the Ground Beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
  6. Add the cut Cauliflower to the skillet, cover, and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
  7. Stir in the Cherry Tomatoes, Creme Cheese Spread, Salt, Black Pepper, and Lemon Juice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
  8. Gradually mix in the Milk to achieve a creamy texture.
  9. Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
