Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Milk - Whole, 3.25% milkfat
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Black pepper
- 1 l yields, Lemon juice, raw
- 160 g Cherry Tomato - Garden
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Creme Cheese Spread
- 600 g Ground Beef
- 800 g Cauliflower
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Rinse the Cherry Tomatoes under cold water and cut them in halves.
- Cut the Cauliflower into small florets.
- In a large skillet, melt the Butter over medium heat.
- Add the Ground Beef to the skillet and cook until browned, about 10 minutes.
- Add the cut Cauliflower to the skillet, cover, and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Stir in the Cherry Tomatoes, Creme Cheese Spread, Salt, Black Pepper, and Lemon Juice. Cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Gradually mix in the Milk to achieve a creamy texture.
- Transfer the mixture into a baking dish and bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the top is golden brown.
