Ingredients
- 0.25 cup Milk - Whole, 3.25% milkfat
- 0.25 tsp Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Black pepper
- 1 l yields, Lemon juice, raw
- 24 tomato One Single Cherry Tomato
- 30 g Butter
- 30 g Creme Cheese Spread
- 600 g Ground Beef
- 800 g Cauliflower
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Rinse the cauliflower under cold water and chop it into small florets.
- Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain well.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched cauliflower, cream cheese spread, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, butter, and milk. Mash the ingredients together until smooth, for approximately 5 minutes.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Spoon the cooked ground beef into a baking dish as the first layer. Top it with the cauliflower and cheese mixture.
- Thinly slice the cherry tomatoes and arrange them on top of the cauliflower mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
