Ground Beef with Cheese

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Milk - Whole, 3.25% milkfat
  • 0.25 tsp Salt
  • 0.25 tsp ground, Black pepper
  • 1 l yields, Lemon juice, raw
  • 24 tomato One Single Cherry Tomato
  • 30 g Butter
  • 30 g Creme Cheese Spread
  • 600 g Ground Beef
  • 800 g Cauliflower

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Rinse the cauliflower under cold water and chop it into small florets.
  3. Bring a pot of water to a boil and blanch the cauliflower florets for about 5 minutes until tender. Drain well.
  4. In a mixing bowl, combine the blanched cauliflower, cream cheese spread, salt, black pepper, lemon juice, butter, and milk. Mash the ingredients together until smooth, for approximately 5 minutes.
  5. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and no longer pink, about 15 minutes. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Spoon the cooked ground beef into a baking dish as the first layer. Top it with the cauliflower and cheese mixture.
  7. Thinly slice the cherry tomatoes and arrange them on top of the cauliflower mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, until the top is golden and bubbly.
