Grilled Tomato Thyme

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp Thyme, fresh
  • 258 g Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Rinse the tomatoes under cold water and pat them dry.
  2. Cut the tomatoes into halves.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Sprinkle the fresh thyme over the cut sides of the tomatoes.
  5. Place the tomatoes cut-side down on the grill and cook for 5 minutes.
  6. Turn the tomatoes over and grill for another 4 minutes until they are soft and the skins are slightly charred.
