- 1 each Roasted Chicken Breast
- 1 g Bananas, raw
- 150 g Sauteed String Beans
Instructions
- Preheat your oven for the roasted chicken breast or reheat if already cooked.
- Trim the ends off the string beans and wash them thoroughly.
- Boil the corn on the cob in a large pot of water until tender, about 10 minutes.
- In a pan, sauté the string beans with a little bit of olive oil until they are tender and vibrant green.
- Peel and slice the banana just before serving to prevent it from browning.
- Assemble the plate with a serving of roasted chicken breast, a portion of corn on the cob, sautéed string beans, and slices of fresh banana.
