Ingredients
- 0.50 teaspoon Salt
- 0.50 tsp ground, Pepper
- 10 g Garlic, raw
- 30 g Coconut Cream Powder (Correct)
- 30 g Red Onion
- 415 g Yellow Fin Tuna
- 5 g Ginger root - Raw
- 70 g Bellpepper
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: thinly slice the Red Onion, mince the Ginger and Garlic, cut the Bellpepper into strips.
- In a large pot, mix the Coconut Cream Powder with 200ml of warm water to create coconut cream. Stir until well combined.
- Add the sliced Red Onion, minced Ginger, and Garlic to the pot. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes to soften.
- Gently add the Yellow Fin Tuna to the pot. Season with Salt and Pepper. Let it simmer for 10 minutes.
- Finally, add the Bellpepper strips to the pot. Cover and let it cook for an additional 5 minutes.
