Ingredients
- 0.12 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
- 1 tbsp(s) garlic granules
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 2 leaf Bay Leaf
- 2 tbps coconut aminos
- 25 g Ginger, raw
- 30 g Butter, unsalted
- 4 clove , Garlic
- 600 g Chicken breast, raw, with skin
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Finely chop the ginger and garlic cloves. Measure out all other ingredients as per the list.
- In a small bowl, mix the low sodium soy sauce, coconut aminos, garlic granules, chopped ginger, and chopped garlic. Season with black pepper and salt to create the marinade.
- Place the chicken breasts in a suitable marinating dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Ensure each piece is well-coated. Add the bay leaves to the dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to marinate.
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Transfer the marinated chicken breasts to a baking tray. Evenly distribute pieces of butter on top of each chicken breast.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and juices run clear.
