Garlic Soy Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 0.12 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 tbsp low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp(s) garlic granules
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 leaf Bay Leaf
  • 2 tbps coconut aminos
  • 25 g Ginger, raw
  • 30 g Butter, unsalted
  • 4 clove , Garlic
  • 600 g Chicken breast, raw, with skin

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients: Finely chop the ginger and garlic cloves. Measure out all other ingredients as per the list.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the low sodium soy sauce, coconut aminos, garlic granules, chopped ginger, and chopped garlic. Season with black pepper and salt to create the marinade.
  3. Place the chicken breasts in a suitable marinating dish and pour the marinade over the chicken. Ensure each piece is well-coated. Add the bay leaves to the dish. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight, to marinate.
  4. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  5. Transfer the marinated chicken breasts to a baking tray. Evenly distribute pieces of butter on top of each chicken breast.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes or until the chicken is thoroughly cooked and juices run clear.
