Garlic Lemony Caulirice

Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 1 tsp (5g) (1/2 tsp= clove), Spice World
  • 1 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
  • 133 g Yellow, Raw
  • 177 g Cauliflower - Raw
  • 22 g Garlic, raw
  • 3 tsp(s) Lemon juice, raw
  • 59 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Rinse the cauliflower, red onion, and yellow bell pepper under cold water.
  2. Chop the cauliflower into florets, dice the red onion, and chop the yellow bell pepper.
  3. Mince the garlic.
  4. In a food processor, pulse the cauliflower florets until they reach a rice-like consistency.
  5. In a large skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced red onion and chopped yellow bell pepper for about 5 minutes, until softened.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for an additional 1 minute, until fragrant.
  7. Stir in the cauliflower rice, and continue to sauté for about 8 minutes, until the cauliflower is tender.
  8. Season with salt and ground black pepper to taste.
  9. Stir in the lemon juice and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
