- 160 g Capsicum - Green
- 863 g Cauliflower - Raw
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
- Chop the red and green capsicum into small pieces.
- Grate the sharp cheddar cheese.
- In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower florets, chopped capsicum, grated cheese, salt, ground pepper, and spice. Ensure everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
