Garlic Cheddar Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 0.50 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 1 tbsp(s) Spice World
  • 120 g Red
  • 15 g Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 160 g Capsicum - Green
  • 863 g Cauliflower - Raw

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Wash the cauliflower and cut it into florets.
  3. Chop the red and green capsicum into small pieces.
  4. Grate the sharp cheddar cheese.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower florets, chopped capsicum, grated cheese, salt, ground pepper, and spice. Ensure everything is evenly coated.
  6. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet in a single layer.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes, or until the cauliflower is tender and the cheese is bubbly and slightly golden.
