- 2 tbsp Cane Vinegar
- 2 tsp , Coconut Sugar
Instructions
- Begin by preparing your ingredients: finely chop the red onions, dice the green peppers, and slice the tomatoes into wedges.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped red onions, diced green peppers, and tomato wedges.
- In a small bowl, mix together 2 teaspoons of coconut sugar with 2 tablespoons of cane vinegar until the sugar is completely dissolved.
- Pour the vinegar and sugar mixture over the vegetables and gently toss to combine, ensuring all the ingredients are evenly coated.
