- 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
- 5 g Garlic, raw
- 7 g Egg
Instructions
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, which takes about 20 minutes, then set aside.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary. Whisk until well combined.
- Mince the garlic.
- Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
- Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir gently until the eggs are softly set, about 3 minutes.
