Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp Black Pepper - Ground
  • 190 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
  • 5 g Garlic, raw
  • 7 g Egg

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, which takes about 20 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add salt, black pepper, and dried rosemary. Whisk until well combined.
  4. Mince the garlic.
  5. Heat a large skillet or wok over medium heat, add 1 tablespoon of oil.
  6. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté until fragrant, about 2 minutes.
  7. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and stir gently until the eggs are softly set, about 3 minutes.
  8. Add the cooked Adlai Rice to the skillet with the eggs. Stir and toss gently, breaking up the eggs and mixing them well with the rice. Cook for another 5 minutes.
