Dory Blossom Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 carrot Medium, Medium Carrot
  • 1 fillet Cream Dory
  • 1 tbsp leaves, Spices, basil, dried
  • 133 g Cucumber
  • 2 cup Chopped Romaine
  • 25 g Green Bellpepper
  • 25 g Yellow Bellpepper
  • 50 g Extra Firm
  • 50 g Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Begin by washing all the vegetables - romaine, carrot, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Pat them dry.
  2. Chop the romaine, peel and cut the carrot into thin slices, and thinly slice the cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and green bell pepper.
  3. Dice the tomatoes and set aside.
  4. Season the cream dory fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper, according to your taste.
  5. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the cream dory fillet until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes each side.
  6. Let the fillet cool for a few minutes, then flake it using a fork.
  7. In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, sliced carrot, cucumber, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, flaked dory, and extra firm tofu (cut into cubes).
  8. Sprinkle dried basil over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  9. Serve the salad fresh and enjoy a burst of health in every bite.
