Dory Blossom Salad

Ingredients
- 1 carrot Medium, Medium Carrot
- 1 fillet Cream Dory
- 1 tbsp leaves, Spices, basil, dried
- 133 g Cucumber
- 2 cup Chopped Romaine
- 25 g Green Bellpepper
- 25 g Yellow Bellpepper
- 50 g Extra Firm
- 50 g Tomatoes
Instructions
- Begin by washing all the vegetables - romaine, carrot, cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and green bell pepper. Pat them dry.
- Chop the romaine, peel and cut the carrot into thin slices, and thinly slice the cucumber, yellow bell pepper, and green bell pepper.
- Dice the tomatoes and set aside.
- Season the cream dory fillet with a pinch of salt and pepper, according to your taste.
- Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat and cook the cream dory fillet until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes each side.
- Let the fillet cool for a few minutes, then flake it using a fork.
- In a large bowl, combine the chopped romaine, sliced carrot, cucumber, bell peppers, diced tomatoes, flaked dory, and extra firm tofu (cut into cubes).
- Sprinkle dried basil over the salad and gently toss to combine.
- Serve the salad fresh and enjoy a burst of health in every bite.
