Cucumber Ensalada

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Coconut Amino
  • 2 tbsp Coconut Vinegar With Honey
  • 300 g Cucumber

Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumber into thin rounds.
  2. In a bowl, combine the coconut amino and coconut vinegar with honey, stirring until well mixed.
  3. Add the sliced cucumber to the bowl and gently toss to coat evenly with the dressing.
  4. Let the Cucumber Ensalada marinate for 10 minutes to absorb the flavors.
  5. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
