Creamy Honey Mustard Tuna Apple Salad

Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup (72gm), Ice Berg Lettuce
  • 0.50 wedge Cream Cheese Wedge
  • 1 packet Sugar Substitute
  • 10 g mustard
  • 40.25 g Raw, Peeled
  • 7.50 g All-Bran Regular
  • 90 g Tuna Fillet In Water

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Ice Berg Lettuce under cold water and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Dice the Raw, Peeled Apple into small chunks.
  3. Drain the Tuna Fillet In Water and flake it with a fork.
  4. In a small bowl, mix the Cream Cheese Wedge, Sugar Substitute, and mustard until smooth and creamy.
  5. In a large mixing bowl, combine the iceberg lettuce, apple, tuna, and All-Bran Regular.
  6. Pour the creamy honey mustard dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
  7. Serve immediately for the freshest taste.
