Instructions
- Thoroughly wash the yellow and red bell peppers under cold water.
- Slice the yellow and red bell peppers into thin strips.
- In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and ground pepper until well combined.
- Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the sliced bell peppers to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they are soft.
- Pour the beaten egg mixture over the sautéed peppers. Let it cook without stirring for 2-3 minutes, until the eggs start to set.
- Gently stir the mixture, ensuring the eggs are fully cooked and creamy, about 2 more minutes.
