Creamy egg bellpepper sesame

Ingredients

  • 0.19 tsp(s) Salt
  • 1 tsp Oil - Sesame
  • 1 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 127 g Yellow, Raw
  • 2 large Egg
  • 89 g Red

Instructions

  1. Thoroughly wash the yellow and red bell peppers under cold water.
  2. Slice the yellow and red bell peppers into thin strips.
  3. In a bowl, beat the eggs with salt and ground pepper until well combined.
  4. Heat the sesame oil in a pan over medium heat.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers to the pan and sauté for about 5 minutes, until they are soft.
  6. Pour the beaten egg mixture over the sautéed peppers. Let it cook without stirring for 2-3 minutes, until the eggs start to set.
  7. Gently stir the mixture, ensuring the eggs are fully cooked and creamy, about 2 more minutes.
