Ingredients
- 0.33 cup (55g), 율무 (Job's Tears)
- 0.33 cup raw, Butternut Squash Raw Shredded
- 0.50 cup chopped raw, Organic Eggplant
- 0.50 fillet Cream Dory
- 1 tbsp Cane Vinegar
- 1 pods (3" long), Okra, raw
- 3 clove Garlic Juice (Juicer)
Instructions
- Rinse the 율무 (Job's Tears) under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the 율무 (Job's Tears) according to package instructions until tender, then set aside.
- Slice the okra pods and shred the butternut squash.
- Chop the organic eggplant into small cubes.
- Season the cream dory fillet with garlic juice and set aside for marination.
- In a pan, lightly fry the cream dory fillet until golden brown and fully cooked, about 7 minutes.
- In the same pan, sauté the okra, butternut squash, and eggplant until they're softened, about 5 minutes.
- Combine the cooked 율무 (Job's Tears) with the sautéed vegetables and mix well.
- For the dip, mix 1 Tbsp of cane vinegar with the juice of 3 cloves of garlic. Adjust the quantity as per taste.
- Serve the Cream Dory and vegetable mix hot with the Cane Vinegar Okra Dip on the side.
