Cream dory Bellpepper Basil

Ingredients

  • 21 g Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 28 g Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 500 g Pangasius Fillet
  • 6 medium Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
  3. Grate the sharp cheddar cheese and set aside.
  4. Rinse the Pangasius fillet under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
  5. Chop the fresh basil leaves finely.
  6. In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, grated cheese, and chopped basil. Mix well.
  7. Lay the Pangasius fillets in a baking dish and cover them with the egg-cheese-basil mixture.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fillets are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
