- 21 g Fresh Basil Leaves
- 28 g Sharp Cheddar Cheese
- 500 g Pangasius Fillet
- 6 medium Egg
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and beat them lightly.
- Grate the sharp cheddar cheese and set aside.
- Rinse the Pangasius fillet under cold water and pat dry with paper towels.
- Chop the fresh basil leaves finely.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the beaten eggs, grated cheese, and chopped basil. Mix well.
- Lay the Pangasius fillets in a baking dish and cover them with the egg-cheese-basil mixture.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the fillets are cooked through and the topping is golden brown.
