Cream dory Bellpepper Basil

Ingredients

  • 21 g Fresh Basil Leaves
  • 28 g Sharp Cheddar Cheese
  • 500 g Pangasius Fillet
  • 6 medium Egg

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until fully beaten.
  3. Grate the Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
  4. Season the Pangasius fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Chop the fresh basil leaves finely.
  6. Place the Pangasius fillets in a baking dish.
  7. Pour the beaten eggs over the fillets, ensuring they are well covered.
  8. Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top of the egg-covered fillets.
  9. Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
  10. Garnish with freshly chopped basil leaves before serving.
