- 500 g Pangasius Fillet
- 6 medium Egg
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Crack the eggs into a bowl and whisk until fully beaten.
- Grate the Sharp Cheddar Cheese.
- Season the Pangasius fillet with salt and pepper to taste.
- Chop the fresh basil leaves finely.
- Place the Pangasius fillets in a baking dish.
- Pour the beaten eggs over the fillets, ensuring they are well covered.
- Sprinkle the grated cheddar cheese on top of the egg-covered fillets.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 20 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the cheese is golden brown.
- Garnish with freshly chopped basil leaves before serving.
