- 0.50 cup Vegetable Chopseuy
- 1 medium Kiwis, Kiwi
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Cream cheese
- 2 g (50g), Eggs
- 2 piece Sausage
- 3 oz Sausage
Instructions
- Begin by dicing the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
- Peel and slice the kiwi into thin rounds.
- Prepare the Vegetable Chopseuy by washing and cutting the vegetables into small chunks.
- In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the diced sausage pieces and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are nicely browned.
- Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the cream cheese, and whisk together until the mixture is smooth.
- Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed sausage in the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes, gently scrambling the eggs with a spatula until they are just set.
