Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Vegetable Chopseuy
  • 1 medium Kiwis, Kiwi
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Cream cheese
  • 2 g (50g), Eggs
  • 2 piece Sausage
  • 3 oz Sausage

Instructions

  1. Begin by dicing the sausage into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Peel and slice the kiwi into thin rounds.
  3. Prepare the Vegetable Chopseuy by washing and cutting the vegetables into small chunks.
  4. In a skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Once melted, add the diced sausage pieces and sauté for about 5 minutes until they are nicely browned.
  5. Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the cream cheese, and whisk together until the mixture is smooth.
  6. Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed sausage in the skillet. Cook for about 4 minutes, gently scrambling the eggs with a spatula until they are just set.
  7. Lastly, stir in the Vegetable Chopseuy into the skillet and cook for an additional 3 minutes, until the vegetables are heated through but still crisp.
  8. Serve the scramble on a plate and garnish with the fresh kiwi slices on the side.
