Colorful Ensalada

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup Chopped
  • 1 cup Chopped, Red Onion
  • 1 l yields, Lemon juice, raw
  • 12 clove Garlic, raw
  • 200 g Capsicum - Green
  • 200 g Yellow, Raw
  • 4 tsp Black Pepper - Ground
  • 600 g Tomatoes

Instructions

  1. Begin by juicing the lemon until you have the required amount of lemon juice.
  2. Chop the tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, green capsicum, and red onion into small, bite-sized pieces.
  3. Mince the garlic cloves finely.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, yellow bell pepper, green capsicum, red onion, and minced garlic.
  5. Add the lemon juice and black pepper to the bowl. Toss all ingredients until they are well mixed and evenly coated with the dressing.
