- 2 tbsp(s) Tomato Puree
- 200 g Thigh boneless
- 3.50 g Coco Sugar
- 30 g Onion
Instructions
- Dice the onion and mince the garlic.
- Cut the thigh boneless chicken into bite-sized pieces.
- Season the chicken pieces with ground pepper.
- In a skillet over medium heat, sauté the diced onion and minced garlic for 3 minutes or until they become translucent.
- Add the chicken pieces to the skillet and cook for 10 minutes, or until they are golden brown on all sides.
- Stir in the tomato puree and coco sugar, mixing well to ensure the chicken is evenly coated. Reduce the heat and let simmer for 25 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.
