Ingredients

  • 10 g Ginger (Raw)
  • 15 g Garlic, raw
  • 2 cup Spinach - Raw
  • 30 g Red Onion
  • 300 g chicken

Instructions

  1. Prepare ingredients: slice the chicken into bite-sized pieces, mince the garlic, chop the red onion, cut the pumpkin into 1" cubes, and finely slice the ginger.
  2. In a large pot over medium heat, sauté garlic, onion, and ginger until aromatic, about 3-5 minutes.
