Ingredients
- 0.25 teaspoon Salt
- 0.25 tsp ground, Pepper
- 1 g Moringa Oleifera Leaves
- 126 g Pumpkin, raw
- 15 g Garlic, raw
- 18 g Fresh Turmeric Root
- 300 g chicken
- 57 g Red Onion
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients: Cut the chicken into small pieces; dice the red onion; mince the garlic; peel and grate the fresh turmeric root; wash and chop the Moringa Oleifera leaves; cube the pumpkin.
- In a large pot, combine the chicken, red onion, garlic, salt, pepper, and grated turmeric root. Add enough water to cover the ingredients.
- Bring to a boil over medium heat, then reduce to a simmer, cooking for 20 minutes until the chicken is tender.
- Add the cubed pumpkin to the pot and simmer for another 10 minutes until the pumpkin is soft.
- Stir in the Moringa Oleifera leaves and cook for an additional 5 minutes.
- Taste and adjust seasoning with more salt and pepper if needed. Serve hot.
