- 1 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
- 11 g Whole Dried Shitake
- 135 g Capsicum, Red
- 136 g Yellow, Raw
- 15 g Raw, Grated
- 428 g Chicken Thigh Skinless Boneless
Instructions
- Soak the Whole Dried Shitake in warm water until softened, then slice thinly.
- Dice the Capsicum, Red and Yellow, Raw into small pieces.
- Cut the Chicken Thigh Skinless Boneless into bite-sized chunks.
- Grate 15g of raw ginger.
- In a pan, heat some oil over medium heat and cook the chicken chunks until browned on all sides, about 8 minutes.
- Add the sliced Dried Shitake, diced Capsicum, grated Ginger, Honey, and Ground Black Pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine.
- Cover the pan, reduce the heat to low, and let the chicken simmer with the vegetables and seasonings until fully cooked and flavors meld, about 20 minutes.
