Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pat the chicken fillets dry with paper towels to ensure proper seasoning.
- Mince the garlic.
- In a small bowl, mix the minced garlic, dried thyme, and dried rosemary.
- Rub the chicken fillets with the butter, then coat evenly with the garlic, thyme, and rosemary mixture.
- Place the seasoned chicken fillets in a baking dish.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear.
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving to allow the juices to redistribute.
