Chicken Citrus Crabstick Pear Salad

Ingredients

  • 0.50 cup Ice Burg Lettuce
  • 0.50 medium breast, Boiled Chicken Breast
  • 0.50 pear 1 Medium
  • 1 large egg (50 g), Egg, Large, Boiled
  • 1 small 5 oz, Small Orange 5 oz
  • 16.56 g Young Baby Corn
  • 3 sticks Seafood Crabstick

Instructions

  1. Shred the Iceberg lettuce, slice the seafood crabstick, dice the young baby corn, and cut the boiled chicken breast into small pieces.
  2. Peel and segment the small orange, and chop the pear into bite-sized pieces.
  3. Slice the boiled large egg into thin slices or wedges.
  4. In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, crabstick, baby corn, chicken, orange segments, and pear. Gently toss to mix.
  5. Top the salad with egg slices and serve immediately.
