- 0.50 medium breast, Boiled Chicken Breast
- 0.50 pear 1 Medium
- 1 large egg (50 g), Egg, Large, Boiled
- 1 small 5 oz, Small Orange 5 oz
- 16.56 g Young Baby Corn
- 3 sticks Seafood Crabstick
Instructions
- Shred the Iceberg lettuce, slice the seafood crabstick, dice the young baby corn, and cut the boiled chicken breast into small pieces.
- Peel and segment the small orange, and chop the pear into bite-sized pieces.
- Slice the boiled large egg into thin slices or wedges.
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the lettuce, crabstick, baby corn, chicken, orange segments, and pear. Gently toss to mix.
