Carrot Bell Pepper Omelette

Ingredients

  • 0.25 cup(s) Parmesan
  • 0.50 l Pepper, Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 cup Shredded Carrots
  • 3 large Egg

Instructions

  1. Begin by whisking 3 large eggs in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Finely dice the 0.50 green bell pepper and add it to the eggs.
  3. Shred 1 cup of carrots and mix them into the egg and bell pepper mixture.
  4. Stir in 0.25 cups of grated Parmesan cheese into the mixture.
  5. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and pour in the omelette mixture, spreading it evenly across the skillet. Let it cook for 3 minutes.
  6. Gently flip the omelette and cook for an additional 2 minutes, or until the eggs are fully set.
  7. Serve the omelette warm, optionally garnished with fresh herbs or avocado slices.
