- 100 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
- 131 g Carrots, raw
- 44 g Garlic, raw
- 94 g Red
Instructions
- Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
- Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, typically around 20 minutes, then set aside.
- Peel and dice the carrots into small cubes.
- Peel and mince the garlic.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic and diced carrots. Cook until the carrots are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the sautéed garlic and carrots. Stir well.
