Carrot Adlai Garlic Rice

Ingredients

  • 100 g Adlai Rice (Job's Tears)
  • 131 g Carrots, raw
  • 44 g Garlic, raw
  • 94 g Red

Instructions

  1. Rinse the Adlai Rice under cold water until the water runs clear.
  2. Cook the Adlai Rice according to package instructions until tender, typically around 20 minutes, then set aside.
  3. Peel and dice the carrots into small cubes.
  4. Peel and mince the garlic.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the minced garlic and diced carrots. Cook until the carrots are softened, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Combine the cooked Adlai Rice with the sautéed garlic and carrots. Stir well.
