Ingredients

  • 0.06 tsp(s) Salt
  • 0.06 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 1 cup Potato
  • 2 tablespoon Mayo
  • 5 g Carrots, raw
  • 5 g Lean Rasher
  • 5 g Lettuce, green leaf, raw

Instructions

  1. Peel and dice the potatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add the diced potatoes. Cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  3. While the potatoes are cooking, dice the carrots and cut the lean rasher into small pieces.
  4. In a pan over medium heat, cook the lean rasher pieces until crispy, about 5 minutes.
  5. In a large bowl, mix the cooked potatoes, crispy lean rasher, diced carrots, and chopped green leaf lettuce.
  6. Season with salt and ground pepper to taste.
  7. Add 2 tablespoons of mayo to the salad and gently toss to combine.
