Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 tsp ground, Pepper
- 3 tbsp Butter - Salted
- 500 g Broccoli, raw
- 500 g Carrots, raw
- 500 g Cauliflower - Raw
Instructions
- Wash the broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots under cold water.
- Cut the broccoli and cauliflower into florets, and peel and slice the carrots.
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt.
- Blanch the broccoli and cauliflower florets and carrot slices in boiling water for 3 minutes.
- Drain the vegetables and rinse under cold water to stop the cooking process.
- In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Add the blanched vegetables to the skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Toss well to coat all the vegetables with butter.
