Broccoli White Beech Mushrooms

Ingredients

  • 0.03 kg Garlic, raw
  • 1 tsp ground (2.3 g), Black Pepper - Ground
  • 262 g Broccoli, raw
  • 292 g (3.5 oz.), White Beech Mushrooms
  • 3 tsp Coconut Amino
  • 30 g Red Onion

Instructions

  1. Rinse the broccoli under cold water and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Clean the white beech mushrooms by gently wiping them with a damp cloth.
  3. Finely chop the red onion and mince the garlic.
  4. In a large pan, heat some water over medium heat and steam the broccoli for about 5 minutes until they are bright green and tender. Remove from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, lightly sauté the chopped red onion and minced garlic for about 2 minutes until fragrant.
  6. Add the white beech mushrooms to the pan and cook for another 5 minutes, or until they are soft.
  7. Return the steamed broccoli to the pan. Sprinkle the ground black pepper and drizzle the coconut amino over the top. Stir well to combine all the ingredients and cook for another 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot as a healthy and delicious side dish or a main course.
