Bolzico Lettuce Wrap

Ingredients

  • 10 leaf inner, Lettuce, green leaf, raw
  • 300 g Rib Eye Streak

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the Rib Eye Steak across the grain.
  2. Season the sliced Rib Eye Steak with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Preheat a skillet or grilling pan over medium-high heat.
  4. Cook the Rib Eye Steak slices in the skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they reach the desired level of doneness. Cooking time: 6 minutes
  5. Rinse the lettuce leaves and pat dry.
  6. Place a portion of the cooked Rib Eye Steak on each lettuce leaf.
  7. Optionally, add your favorite low-carb toppings like sliced avocado or a sprinkle of cheese.
