Beef Mushroom with Broccoli

Ingredients

  • 0.25 tsp(s) Salt
  • 0.50 tbsp(s) Lemon juice, raw
  • 0.50 tsp ground, Pepper
  • 1 g Stevia
  • 1.50 tablespoon Coconut Amino
  • 200 g (3.5 oz.), White Beech Mushrooms
  • 300 g Beef Sukiyaki Meat

Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the Beef Sukiyaki Meat and set aside.
  2. Trim the White Beech Mushrooms and set aside.
  3. In a bowl, mix together Coconut Amino, Salt, ground Pepper, Lemon juice, and Stevia to create a marinade.
  4. Add the sliced Beef Sukiyaki Meat to the marinade and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.
  5. Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the marinated beef for 5 minutes or until browned.
  6. Add the White Beech Mushrooms to the pan and cook for an additional 5 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender.
